J.R. Fletcher, a native Texan, obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas and went on to law school at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now Texas A&M School of Law). J.R. started practicing law in 2002 and is admitted to practice law in Texas State Courts and has practiced law in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western (pro hac vice) Districts of Texas. J.R. spent nearly 10 years of his career working for a Dallas law firm and handled hundreds of civil litigation cases in State and Federal Courts throughout the State of Texas before making the decision to start his own private practice and focus on Estate Planning & Probate, and Real Estate Law.
